 Dips...Cheese balls and Spreads

Calcutta Curry Dip-  Full of Indian spices but is not spicy.  Contains no salt. 

Apple Pie Mix -  Auntie Joy's famous Apple Pie mix, you add the crust and apples.

Garlic Ranch -  It's really good and contains lots of garlic & tarragon.    Thin for a salad dressing.

Mexican Chipotle Dip  - Wonderful smokey flavor, good as a hummus or

Herb and Garlic (Boursin) Spread/Dip or Cheese ball Mix - Our best seller.  Everyone likes this dip. Contains no salt.

Seafood Base Dip/Spread - You add the seafood, this is horseradish powder and onion based and makes a great appetizer.  Contains no salt.

Bread Dipping Spice - The best bread dipping spice you will ever taste.  Contains low salt.

Cajun Dip -  This is medium hot but has lots of bell peppers and is full bodied.

Spinach and Shiitake Mushroom Dip - Great tasting and has a little Parmesan cheese, and makes a great marinade on fish.  Contains low salt.

Italian Bruschetta Dip - We used all of the ingredients you would use in a great bruschetta and made a dip!  Lots of basil and tomato.  Contains no salt.

Sun-dried Tomato and Horseradish Dip -  Great tomato flavor, it's a favorite!  The dip is not spicy, you don't taste the horseradish.  Contains no salt.

Crab/Shrimp Boil (Low Country Boil Mix)  A party in a bag.   Has Old Bay, mustard seeds, bay, peppercorns.   Contains salt (the Old Bay)

Garlic Dill Dip - This dill dip has lemon pepper and lots of flavor.  Contains low salt.

 

Glazes & Sauces

Spicy Asian Fusion Glaze -  Our spin on Pepper Jelly but with Asian Flavor.  Mix with Vinegar and water, chill and serve over cream cheese.  Use as a glaze on pork, fish and chicken.  Thin with water and add a few drops of sesame oil to make a salad dressing.

Cranberry Pecan Praline Sauce  One of our best sellers!  This is made to pour over baked Brie but is wonderful on cream cheese.  Just add water to make this dip and wait for the compliments.  Great on bagels, waffles, ice cream and pound cake.

Soups   We offer 30 minute soups, not crock-pot soups.

  Rubs

Lemon Ginger Poultry/Fish Rub - This is a wonderful rub for fish and chicken.  It is full of flavor, lower in salt and sugar.  This is our best selling rub.

Two Pigs & A Rub Pork Rub - Our pork rub has moderate heat, lower salt and contains cocoa.  This rub is good on any meat.

Jamaican Jerk Rub - This rub is very spicy, has lots of salt and sugar along with a wonderful taste of exotic spices.  This is good on all meat.  Go slowly with this rub the first time you use it to season your meat, and you will be able to gauge how much to use the next time.

Java Rub - The coffee in this rub gives it a special depth of flavor.  Not too salty or sweet but has a hint of savory flavor.

Southern Hickory Smoke Rub   Our newest rub is going to be a hit for any serious cook.  The flavor of hickory along with moderate heat makes this rub very popular.

Southwestern Chipotle Rub - This has moderate heat, and a rich smokey flavor.  It contains generous amounts of mesquite and chipotle, and has a Southwestern flair. 

Creole Rub - NO SALT!     This is a creole spice, not Cajun.   It has pretty low heat, no salt and very light sugar.  This is great on chicken and pork.

Kansas City Rub -   This is quickly becoming one of our best selling rubs.  It is not as sweet as a typical "southern" rub, has lots of flavor and is pretty low in salt.
